Did you know that delicious floral jellies exist? They do, and they're amazing! Delight friends and family with one of our unique jellies! I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicate flowers into these delicious jellies!
Strawberry Lime Hibiscus Jelly has a bright strawberry flavor with the added zing of red hibiscus flowers and lime! Lovely red hibiscus petals are steeped into a tea, then lime juice and sugar is added to sweeten and brighten up the flavor. This jelly is a deep ruby red color, due to the vibrant color of the flowers used in each batch.
Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our jellies are smooth and seed free, and are naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back. (Jar patterning and lid/ring color will vary slightly.)
Choose between a sampler jar (4 oz/118mL), or a half-pint jelly jar (8 oz/236mL) of our exciting jellies. Each will be carefully wrapped and shipped to you to enjoy! These make a lovely addition to a meal shared with family and friends, or a thoughtful (and tasty!) birthday, housewarming, or wedding gift! (Please note: unless you are a witch or wizard and can cast cooling charms on your jars, please place jelly jar in the refrigerator once opened to ensure freshness. Best if opened within 8 months, and enjoyed within 3 months of opening!) These jellies are great on toast, cornbread, as a filling in cake layers or cupcakes, even by the spoonful or as an ice cream topping!

My Strawberry Lime Hibiscus Jelly contains only hibiscus petals, sugar, lime juice, strawberry extract (water, propylene glycol, alcohol, artificial flavor), pectin (dextrose, fruit pectin, citric acid), lime extract (alcohol, lime oil, water), and lime oil.
