It is our goal to ship within 3 business days of an order being placed; please be aware that holidays and times of high shipping traffic will affect your shipping times. To help keep costs low, and protect the environment, we try to recycle/use recycled shipping boxes and packaging materials whenever possible. We also try to ship the least expensive way possible, for the option (First Class, Priority, etc) that you have chosen. If purchased through Shop Pay, we will refund any shipping overcharges of $1USD or more.
For example, if you purchase several jam jars, and we can ship them together in a flat rate Priority box instead of the more expensive Priority box you chose that charges by weight, we will do so, and refund the overcharge back to you through Shop Pay. We do not refund overcharges of less than $1USD. If you check out through PayPal, we can not refund overages due to PayPal's policies.
