Sales Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all listing descriptions carefully before making a purchase, and if necessary, ask any questions first. You can always contact us with any questions at HogwartsArtStudio@aol.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right. Any problems must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
If you have received an incorrect item, please email us a photo of the item you received, and of your invoice, and we will work with you to correct our mistake. Many of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, or are limited in quantities; if we are unable to send you the correct item ordered, we will refund your original purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you have received a broken or damaged item, please email a photo of the product in the box including packaging, a photo of the damaged item out of the box, a photo of a closeup of the shipping labels/tracking number, a photo showing the top and two sides of the box, a photo showing the bottom and the remaining two sides of the box, as well as a photo of your invoice. We cannot file a claim with the shipping company without these six items. All original boxes and packaging must be kept until your damaged goods claim is complete and any refunds or exchanges are finalized.
