NEW! Butterbeer Jelly #2 - Classic butterscotch topped with marshmallow clouds!

Did you know that Wizard School inspired jelly exists? They do, and they're amazing!

We love Butterbeer so much that we've reformulated our original jelly! Our NEW Recipe #2 has all of the scrumptious butterscotch flavor you'd expect from the drink, plus the sweet taste of a fluffy marshmallow topping. The sweetness is also toned down a little compared to our original recipe. The new formula is so good, I want to spoon this over pancakes, ice cream, or put it inside a layer cake! This jelly sells out EVERY year at our local events! This is a deep, amber colored jelly. 

Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our smooth jelly is lump-free, and naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back. (Jar patterning and lid/ring color will vary slightly.)

Choose between a sampler jar (4 oz/118mL), or a half-pint jelly jar (8 oz/236mL) of our exciting HP themed jellies. Each will be carefully wrapped and shipped to you to enjoy! These make a lovely addition to a meal shared with family and friends, or a thoughtful (and tasty!) birthday, housewarming, or wedding gift for any fan of the series! (Please note: unless you are a witch or wizard and can cast cooling charms on your jars, please place jelly jar in the refrigerator once opened to ensure freshness. Best if opened within 8 months, and enjoyed within 3 months of opening!) These jellies are great on toast, cornbread, as a filling in cake layers or cupcakes, even by the spoonful or as an ice cream topping!

My Butterscotch Beer Jelly contains apple juice, sugar, brown sugar, fruit pectin, lemon juice, vanilla extract, butter extract which contains milk derivatives, and butterscotch and marshmallow flavorings. Full ingredient list on jar.
