Wibbly Wobbly Timey Limey Jelly - new featured jelly!

My Wibbly Wobbly, Timey Limey Jelly is inspired by my favorite Doctor of all time! (Can you guess who?)

WIBBLY WOBBLY TIMEY LIMEY JELLY; the flavor is bigger on the inside! This jelly is bright, tangy, and makes your tastebuds dance! If you're a lime fan, you'll love this it's smooth, and there's no peel, pith, seeds, or artificial flavor to be found! Lime juice is the first ingredient, then sugar is added to sweeten and round out the flavor. A few drops of real lime oil further enhances the flavor! This jelly is a beautiful emerald-green color in the jar, and a gorgeous primary green when spread on your favorite toast or bagel. Best of all, unlike a citrus curd, there's zero fat, dairy, or egg ingredients! It's naturally gluten free, too!

Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our smooth jelly is lump-free, and naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back. (Jar patterning and lid/ring color will vary slightly.)

Choose between a sampler jar (4 oz/118mL), or a half-pint jelly jar (8 oz/236mL) of our exciting HP themed jellies. Each will be carefully wrapped and shipped to you to enjoy! These make a lovely addition to a meal shared with family and friends, or a thoughtful (and tasty!) birthday, housewarming, or wedding gift for any fan of the series! (Please note: unless you are a witch or wizard and can cast cooling charms on your jars, please place jelly jar in the refrigerator once opened to ensure freshness. Best if opened within 8 months, and enjoyed within 3 months of opening!) These jellies are great on toast, cornbread, as a filling in cake layers or cupcakes, even by the spoonful or as an ice cream topping!

My Wibbly Wobbly Timey Limey Jelly contains only Lime Juice from concentrate, Sugar, Lime Oil, Pectin (fruit pectin, citric acid, dextrose), and a bit of green food color.
