Did you know that delicious floral jellies exist? They do, and they're amazing! Delight friends and family with one of our unique jellies! I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicate flowers into these delicious jellies!
Strawberry Hibiscus Jelly has a bright strawberry flavor with the added zing of red hibiscus flowers! Lovely red hibiscus petals are steeped into a tea, then a bit of lemon juice and sugar is added to sweeten and round out the flavor. This jelly is a deep ruby red color, due to the vibrant color of the flowers used in each batch.
Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our jellies are smooth and seed free, and are naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back. (Jar patterning and lid/ring color will vary slightly.)
Choose between a sampler jar (4 oz/118mL), or a half-pint jelly jar (8 oz/236mL) of our exciting jellies. Each will be carefully wrapped and shipped to you to enjoy! These make a lovely addition to a meal shared with family and friends, or a thoughtful (and tasty!) birthday, housewarming, or wedding gift! (Please note: unless you are a witch or wizard and can cast cooling charms on your jars, please place jelly jar in the refrigerator once opened to ensure freshness. Best if opened within 8 months, and enjoyed within 3 months of opening!) These jellies are great on toast, cornbread, as a filling in cake layers or cupcakes, even by the spoonful or as an ice cream topping!
