Ancient cultures and Edgar Allen Poe both held the mystical Raven in high regard. Indeed, these birds are far more intelligent than most people realize. No matter why you love them, they're perfect to add to your favorite purse, bookbag, blanket, scarf, jacket, pillow, flag/banner, or anywhere!
This patch is LARGE, a true statement piece, and measures approx. 6" wide by 5" tall.
Each patch is made from my own embroidery design on a marine vinyl base, then has additional layers of vinyl and/or fabric used for the body and beak of the bird. Each is finished with a lovely satin stitch around the edge of the appliques, to ensure they'll last for a long time to come! Check out the detail- even the inner eyelid and glint of light are present in the eye. Just use a bit of glue and/or use a couple groups of stitches to attach to your desired item, and you're set! Backside of patches are unfinished, and threads/stabilizer are visible.
