These GIANT patches each measure approx. 5.5" h overall x 6.25" wide, depending on how closely they are trimmed past the outer stitching.

Each adorable little snake features a vinyl base, a fabric/vinyl applique on the head and has a second color added for the bottom of his face and neck, before the edges are finished with a beautiful satin stitch! They may be glued on with your favorite craft glue, or sewn on (a couple tacks around the outer edge is usually fine). I prefer to glue in place, let dry, then stitch a couple tacks to hold the edges flat.
