Key Lime Pie Jelly - a Southern favorite, in a jar!

I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicious, seasonal fruits and juices into these tasty jams and jellies! 

KEY LIME PIE JELLY has that delicious lime pie flavor, in a smooth, scrumptious jelly! Real lime dominates the flavor, but you'll also find notes of graham cracker, cream cheese, butter and vanilla too! This tastes amazing inside cake layers or cupcakes, or over ice cream or cheesecake! Or try some over cream cheese with crackers!

Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our smooth jelly is lump-free, and naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back. (Jar patterning and lid/ring color will vary slightly.)

Choose between a sampler jar (4 oz/118mL), or a half-pint size jar (8 oz/236mL) of our exciting small batch jams, jellies, and curds. Each will be carefully wrapped and shipped to you to enjoy! These make a lovely addition to a meal shared with family and friends, or a thoughtful (and tasty!) birthday, housewarming, or wedding gift for any fan of the series! (Please note: unless you are a witch or wizard and can cast cooling charms on your jars, please place jelly jar in the refrigerator once opened to ensure freshness. This lime curd must be opened and enjoyed within 3 months!) These curds are great on toast, cornbread, as a filling in cake layers or cupcakes, even by the spoonful or as an ice cream topping!

My Key Lime Pie Jelly contains only bottled lime juice, water, sugar, brown sugar, pectin, and flavorings! Since this jelly contains no added coloring, the warm color from the brown sugar shows through the jar like amber.
